Christopher Cay

Mr. Cay started his career in London at Jardine Lloyd-Thompson, a Lloyds of London insurance broker. While there, he learned about underwriting and brokering insurance placements directly at Lloyds. Upon returning to the United States and working outside of the industry, Mr. Cay attended Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance. While getting his Masters of Business Administration, Mr. Cay joined Palmer & Cay in 2002. He concentrated on commercial insurance but was soon made the head of the Atlanta Private Accounts division for Palmer & Cay.

Mr. Cay graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2003. He is on the board of directors of Union Mission of Savannah, the Hodge Foundation, the Savannah Music Festival and the Savannah Country Day  School.

John Sipple

Mr. Sipple started his career as a commercial lines underwriter at Utica National Insurance Group in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, he underwrote risks of all industry types while gaining a solid experience base in the commercial lines marketplace during his three year tenure.

Mr. Sipple continued his career with a move to the production side of the business with Palmer & Cay in Savannah, Georgia. While there, he spent time working with a wide variety of commercial lines products and helping businesses of all types craft innovative insurance programs. He finished with Palmer & Cay / Wachovia Insurance Services as Commercial Lines Leader and Assistant Vice President.

Mr. Sipple graduated from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Insurance. He obtained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2005, his Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation in 2006 and his Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation in 2003. Mr. Sipple is an active member of the Savannah Sunrise Rotary Club, a division of Rotary International where he was a past board member. He also is a member of the CPCU Society where he serves on the new designee task force and is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Savannah.
